Vice Admiral Anil Jaggi Takes Over as Commandant of National Defence Academy
Vice Admiral Anil Jaggi has taken over as the Commandant of the National Defence Academy (NDA) at Khadakwasla, following the tenure of Vice Admiral Gurcharan Singh.

Vice Admiral Jaggi, a graduate of the Indian Naval Academy, brings over 30 years of experience as a specialist in Navigation and Direction. His career highlights include commanding the missile vessel INS Veer and the stealth frigate INS Sahyadri, where he demonstrated outstanding leadership capabilities at sea.
Throughout his service, the Flag Officer has occupied numerous significant roles in Command, Staff, and Diplomatic positions, such as Naval Advisor at the Indian High Commission in London, Commodore (Foreign Cooperation) at Naval Headquarters, and serving as Flag Officer of both the Gujarat and Maharashtra Naval Areas.

With Vice Admiral Jaggi at the helm, the NDA is poised to continue its tradition of excellence in preparing future leaders for the Indian Armed Forces.
