Varun Dhawan Takes on Push-Ups Challenge with NDA Cadets During Border 2 Shooting

Actor Varun Dhawan recently engaged in a lively interaction with cadets from the National Defence Academy (NDA) during the filming of the upcoming war drama Border 2. The actor participated in a 50 push-ups challenge at the renowned military training center in Pune.

A video shared on Dhawan's Instagram captures the actor, dressed in a white T-shirt and trousers, performing knuckle push-ups alongside the spirited cadets during a break from filming. The cadets matched Dhawan's intensity in each push-up, while senior officers and crew members encouraged them by cheering.

In his post, Dhawan wrote, “BORDER 2, Hamare saare young cadets ke saath knuckle challenge,” highlighting the teamwork on set and the inspiration shared with the aspiring Army officers.

The Pune schedule is an important stage in the making of Border 2, a sequel to the 1997 classic Border. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film features Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, and Varun Dhawan, with production support from Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta.

Border 2, presented by T-Series and JP Films, is anticipated to deliver an impactful mix of action, patriotism, and emotion. It aims to capture the dedication and sacrifices of the armed forces. Currently, the film is being shot at various defense locations, with the NDA providing an authentic setting for crucial sequences.
