Tri-Services Joint Air Defence Instructors Course Enters Second Phase at Gopalpur Army Air Defence College

The Army Air Defence College (AADC) in Gopalpur began the second phase of the Tri-Services Joint Air Defence Instructors Course on October 13, 2025. This event marks a significant advancement in fostering collaboration and operational harmony among the Indian Armed Forces.

This stage follows the completion of the first phase held at the Air Defence College in Memaura and represents a more advanced level of instruction aimed at enhancing integration across the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Participating in this phase are 12 officers from the three services, who are set to engage in rigorous training focusing on Army Air Defence (AAD) concepts and Control and Reporting (C&R) procedures. The course is structured to provide these officers with practical experience in joint air defence operations, ensuring their ability to operate effectively in multi-domain environments.

This training initiative is part of the Indian Armed Forces' continued efforts to establish a unified and interoperable air defence system, capable of promptly addressing new aerial threats.
