Training Command IAF Hosts Conference of Station Master Warrant Officers in Bengaluru, Chaired by Air Marshal S Shrinivas

A significant meeting of Station Master Warrant Officers from bases under the Training Command of the Indian Air Force took place in Bengaluru on May 25, 2026. The conference was chaired by Air Marshal S Shrinivas, the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Training Command.

The gathering saw the participation of the Master Warrant Officer from Air Headquarters, the Command Master Warrant Officer from HQ Training Command, along with 16 Station Master Warrant Officers representing various Air Force bases in the command.

In his address to the attendees, Air Marshal Shrinivas emphasized the critical role of upholding exemplary standards in training and safety. He also stressed the importance of boosting camaraderie, morale, and motivation among the air warriors.

The conference lasted for a day and involved discussions on training management issues as well as the increased integration of Agniveervayu personnel through the Agnipath scheme.

Officials indicated that the event provided a valuable opportunity for gathering feedback from field units. It also facilitated the sharing of senior IAF leadership's broader vision and priorities, particularly those concerning the Training Command.
