Sindh Vijeta Brigade Hosts Women Safety and Self-Defense Workshop at Jamnagar Military Station
The Sindh Vijeta Brigade, a unit of the Golden Katar Division, recently organized a workshop and demonstration focused on "Women Safety & Self Defence" at the Jamnagar Military Station. This event was designed to boost awareness, build confidence, and teach practical self-defence skills to the female participants.
Participants were offered expert instruction on fundamental safety techniques and engaged in practical sessions using training dummies. This hands-on approach allowed them to effectively learn and apply defensive maneuvers. The workshop placed a strong emphasis on situational awareness, personal safety strategies, and empowerment through practical experience.
