Rear Admiral Sundeep S Randhawa Takes Over as 28th Flag Officer Sea Training
Rear Admiral Sundeep S Randhawa, VSM, took charge as the 28th Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST) on October 1, 2026, after being promoted to Flag Rank.
