Defense Minister Rajnath Singh made a visit to the Army Hospital (Research and Referral), where he observed a live demonstration and explored an extensive Technology Exhibition that highlighted the latest advancements in military healthcare.

The exhibition, co-organized by the Armed Forces Medical Services, was structured around four primary themes: Empowered Living, Conflict Medical Support, Digital Health, and Discovery to Devices.

During his visit, the Defense Minister assessed various innovations in areas such as trauma care and critical care systems, battlefield evacuation techniques, prosthetics and rehabilitation technologies, as well as telemedicine and digital health solutions. Many systems presented were developed domestically, showcasing the increasing self-reliance in defense healthcare.

The exhibition emphasized the Armed Forces Medical Services' dedication to modernizing military healthcare infrastructure, improving operational readiness in combat situations, and fostering indigenous innovation under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

The visit reinforced the significance of advanced medical capabilities in modern warfare, with the Armed Forces persistently integrating technology and innovation to deliver top-tier care to soldiers in both peacetime and conflict scenarios.
