Priyanka Choudhary, Daughter-in-Law of Col Mahendra Singh Repaswal, Achieves AIR 79 in UPSC
Ms. Priyanka Choudhary, the daughter-in-law of Colonel Mahendra Singh Repaswal, who serves as the Administration Commandant at Jaipur Military Station, has achieved an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 79 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. This accomplishment has led to her selection for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the Himachal Pradesh Cadre.
Priyanka is married to Mukesh Repswal, an IAS officer from the 2015 batch, who is currently the Deputy Commissioner of Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh. This achievement marks a significant milestone for the administrative family.
Originally hailing from Bikaner in Rajasthan, Priyanka is the daughter of businessman Shankar Lal Saran and Sohini Choudhary, a homemaker. She undertook her preparation for the prestigious examination while accompanying her husband on his various administrative assignments.

He pointed out that the couple tied the knot in 2020 when he was serving as the Additional Deputy Commissioner in Chamba, and now Priyanka has succeeded in the civil services examination while he continues his service in the district as Deputy Commissioner.
