OTA Gaya Cadets Engage in Leadership Development at Sikh Regimental Centre
Officer Cadets from the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Gaya, under the Eastern Command, participated in a visit to the Sikh Regimental Centre located at Ramgarh Cantonment. This visit was a part of their military orientation and leadership development programme.
The cadets were introduced to the Sikh Regiment's esteemed legacy, notable battle honours, and valiant traditions. Known as one of the Indian Army's most decorated infantry regiments, the programme offered future officers an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the regiment's storied past and its contributions to national defence.

During the visit, the cadets were familiarized with the regiment's ethos, values, and proud military heritage, which have been forged through decades of commendable service, bravery, and sacrifice on various battlefields worldwide.
Engagements such as interactions, presentations, and exposure to regimental history provided the officer cadets with valuable insights into the traditions and customs that underpin military leadership and esprit de corps within the Indian Army.
