NCC Commandant Maj Gen Sarabjit Singh Bakshi's Visit to IAF Maintenance Command Boosts Inter-Service Collaboration

Major General Sarabjit Singh Bakshi, SM, VSM, who serves as the Commandant of the NCC Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Kamptee, recently paid a visit to the Maintenance Command of the Indian Air Force in Nagpur. During his visit, he met with Air Marshal Ajay Kumar Pan, AVSM, VSM, who holds the position of Senior Air Staff Officer (SMSO) at the Maintenance Command.

This visit was a significant step towards bolstering the longstanding collaboration between the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and the Indian Air Force. The discussion between the two senior officers covered a range of shared interests, particularly focusing on improving cooperation in areas concerning training, leadership development, and youth engagement.

They also deliberated on the common goal of fostering disciplined, motivated, and nationally aware youth through the NCC. The conversation highlighted the potential benefits of utilizing the Indian Air Force's expertise and operational experience to enhance the training and exposure of cadets.
