Major Rohit Gogoi Receives Chief Minister’s Commendation for Service in Tawang
Major Rohit Gogoi, serving as the Garrison Engineer at the 859 Engineer Works Section (EWS) in Tawang, has been honored with the Chief Minister’s Commendation Certificate. I was OC of the Unit in 1972 to 1974. The Unit was located in Chardwar in Assam.
