The Malignant Diseases Treatment Centre at the Army Hospital (Research & Referral), led by Major Ramneek Kaur, earned the Best Poster Award in the Model of Care category at the ESMO Asia Congress 2025, which took place in Singapore from December 5 to 7.

The study that won the award explored the impact of psychological interventions on reducing cancer recurrence fear and enhancing life satisfaction in survivors. This research underscores the increasing importance of systematic psychosocial care in the holistic management of survivorship.

Alongside the recognition, numerous other scientific papers from the Army Hospital (R&R) were showcased at the international event, garnering significant praise from experts worldwide.
