Major Abhinendra Kumar Singh Recognized as Top Performer as Company Commanders' Course Concludes at Bengaluru
The Company Commanders’ Course for officers in the Army Service Corps came to a successful close at the ASC Centre & College, Bengaluru, on December 24, 2025. This marked the end of an intensive period of professional military training.
During the Valedictory Address, Major General Mohit Mahendroo, who serves as the Deputy Commandant and Chief Instructor at ASC Centre & College, highlighted the significance of staying updated in professional, technical, operational, and technological fields. He emphasized the need for adaptability and ongoing learning, which are crucial for effective leadership in the modern military context.

Major General Mahendroo also focused on the human aspect of command, urging officers to embody compassion, moral courage, strength of character, and empathetic communication. According to him, these leadership values are vital for inspiring troops and managing diverse situations effectively.

The course concluded with Major Abhinendra Kumar Singh being recognized as the Best Student. This accolade was awarded for his outstanding performance, leadership abilities, and professional aptitude throughout the program.

The successful completion of this course underscores the critical role of ASC Centre & College in developing leaders who are grounded in values and capable of strengthening the logistics framework and operational readiness of the Indian Army.
