Maj Gen Salil Seth Commemorates Fallen Heroes at Smritika War Memorial as He Hands Over MUPSA Command

As Major General Salil Seth stepped down from his role as General Officer Commanding of the Madhya UP Sub Area (MUPSA), he honored the memory of fallen soldiers by laying a wreath at the Smritika War Memorial.
