Maj Gen Manish Kumar Evaluates Recruitment Efficiency at Meerut Army Office
Major General Manish Kumar, YSM, SM**, who holds the position of Additional Director General at the Headquarters Recruiting Zone for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, conducted a visit to the Army Recruiting Office (ARO) in Meerut. The purpose of the visit was to evaluate the office's operational efficiency and readiness for recruitment activities.
During his visit, the General was given a detailed briefing by the Director of Recruiting at ARO Meerut. The briefing covered various initiatives designed to broaden outreach, increase candidate registration for Recruitment Year 2027, and ensure the recruitment processes run smoothly.
Major General Kumar expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the Meerut team in maintaining a transparent, efficient, and equitable recruitment process for individuals aspiring to join the Indian Army.
The Additional Director General also took the opportunity to review the infrastructure improvements at the recruiting office. He praised the personnel for their professionalism, dedication, and high morale.
