Maj Gen Dharm Raj Rai Engages Students at IIIT Prayagraj Through Talent Outreach Session
Major General Dharm Raj Rai, SM, VSM, who serves as the Commandant of Selection Centre East (SCE), recently hosted a Talent Outreach Programme for students at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Prayagraj.
The session was designed to inspire students to consider joining the Indian Armed Forces while also providing guidance on leadership, discipline, and personal development. During his address, Maj Gen Rai provided valuable insights on preparing for the Service Selection Board (SSB), stressing the importance of self-awareness, effective communication skills, and maintaining a well-rounded personality to achieve success.

He advised students to adhere to a purposeful daily routine that aligns with their long-term objectives, highlighting such discipline as the groundwork for success and character building.
