Lt Gen Vikas Lakhera and General NS Raja Subramani Discuss Jointness and Operational Synergy
On July 3, 2026, Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, who serves as the Director General of Assam Rifles, held a meeting with General N. S. Raja Subramani, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), in New Delhi.
