Lt Gen Ulhas Kirpekar Assumes Command of Dakshin Bharat Area, Pays Tribute at Chennai Memorial

Lieutenant General Ulhas Kirpekar, AVSM, SM, has taken over as the General Officer Commanding (GOC), Dakshin Bharat Area, with effect from 1 September 2026.
