Lieutenant General Anindya Sengupta, who serves as the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Central Command, conducted a visit to the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Gaya. The purpose of his visit was to assess the standards of training, evaluate administrative readiness, and review ongoing infrastructure projects aimed at developing future leaders for the Indian Army.

Throughout the visit, the Army Commander received detailed briefings on the Academy's approach to training, its curriculum, and the initiatives designed to enhance professional skills, character building, and leadership among officer cadets. He also took note of the efforts to improve the infrastructure and support systems to meet the changing demands of military training.

Lt Gen Sengupta addressed the officers and Gentleman Cadets, discussing the current operational environment and the complex challenges that young military leaders face today.
