Lt Gen Pratik Sharma Assesses Security Measures and Readiness Along North Kashmir LoC

Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Northern Command, conducted a visit to the forward areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in North Kashmir. The purpose of this visit was to evaluate the current security situation and to assess the operational readiness in the region.

During his visit, the Army Commander examined the prevailing security conditions and reviewed the summer operational strategies that are being enacted across the forward areas. These strategies are designed to counter any emerging threats and to maintain effective control along the LoC.

Lt Gen Sharma engaged with the troops stationed in frontline locations. He commended them for their unwavering spirit, operational expertise, and relentless dedication to protecting the nation in challenging conditions.

He urged the ranks to continue their pursuit of excellence in operational capabilities while maintaining vigilance, responsiveness, and readiness for combat at all times.
