Lt Gen Pratik Sharma Assesses Anti-Infiltration Measures Along LoC in Key Sectors
Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, the Army Commander of Northern Command, conducted an inspection of forward units stationed at Krishna Ghati and Bhimber Gali. The purpose of this visit was to evaluate the anti-infiltration measures and assess the operational readiness along the critical Line of Control (LoC).

During his visit, Lt Gen Sharma focused on the effectiveness of the anti-infiltration grid, the operational preparedness of the units deployed in these areas, and the coordination and vigilance maintained along sensitive sectors of the LoC.

The Army Commander took the opportunity to engage with the troops stationed in these regions, acknowledging their battle-hardened resilience, indomitable courage, and unwavering commitment to their duties.

Lt Gen Sharma also emphasized the importance of continuously enhancing skills and training, harnessing modern technologies, and maintaining a high level of combat readiness among the personnel.
This visit highlights the Indian Army's ongoing dedication to strengthening border security, achieving operational excellence, and adapting to technological advancements to effectively counter emerging threats along the LoC.
