Lt Gen Prasanna Kishore Mishra Reviews Operational Preparedness of White Knight Corps’ Ace of Spades Division
Lieutenant General Prasanna Kishore Mishra, AVSM, YSM, SM, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of White Knight Corps, visited the Ace of Spades Division to review its operational preparedness and take stock of the security situation in its area of responsibility.
During the visit, the Corps Commander was briefed on the division’s current operational commitments, ongoing efforts to build capabilities, and the roadmap being followed to further improve effectiveness. The briefing also covered the evolving operational environment and the measures being taken to ensure the formation remains at a high level of readiness.
A key part of the review focused on Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and Counter-UAS capabilities. According to the briefing, these systems are becoming increasingly important as the character of warfare changes, and the division is working on both their development and employment to strengthen operational performance.
Lt Gen Prasanna Kishore Mishra stressed the need to continuously improve operational effectiveness and remain responsive to emerging battlefield challenges. He asked all ranks to stay alert and develop the agility and adaptability needed to function effectively in a changing operational environment.
He also highlighted the importance of capability development and the effective absorption of emerging technologies in preserving operational advantage. The Corps Commander urged personnel to remain future-ready and to focus on strengthening the formation’s ability to respond to new threats and contingencies.
Commending the troops for their professionalism and commitment, Lt Gen Mishra encouraged them to continue working with dedication to maintain a high state of operational preparedness. The visit reflected White Knight Corps’ continuing emphasis on readiness, technological adaptation and the steady enhancement of capabilities to meet changing operational requirements.
