Lt Gen Pankaj P Rao Reviews Operational Readiness at 60 Para Field Hospital of Shatrujeet Brigade
On October 28, 2025, Lt Gen Pankaj P Rao, who serves as the Director and Commandant of the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) and the Colonel Commandant of the Army Medical Corps (AMC), paid a visit to the 60 Para Field Hospital of the renowned Shatrujeet Brigade.
During his visit, he conducted an extensive assessment of the hospital’s operational preparedness and training procedures. This evaluation was aimed at ensuring the unit's readiness for providing both combat medical support and humanitarian assistance as well as disaster relief operations.
