Lt Gen P K Mishra Assesses Security and Operational Preparedness in Poonch Sector
Lieutenant General P K Mishra, the General Officer Commanding of the White Knight Corps, together with the General Officer Commanding of the Ace of Spades Division, conducted a visit to forward positions in the Poonch Sector. The purpose of this visit was to evaluate the current security situation and the operational readiness of the troops stationed along the Line of Control.
During his visit, the Corps Commander engaged with the troops on the ground, examining the efficiency of surveillance measures, defensive readiness, and the operational stance in the region. He praised the troops for their professionalism, vigilance, and unwavering dedication to maintaining high levels of readiness despite the difficulties posed by the terrain and weather conditions.
Lt Gen Mishra called upon all ranks to stay alert and uphold a robust offensive posture to prevent any potential misadventures from across the border. He highlighted the necessity of constant vigilance, coordination, and the deployment of modern technology to enhance situational awareness and safeguard the nation's borders.
