Lieutenant General Manoj Kumar Katiyar, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, the Army Commander of the Western Command, recently paid a visit to the Base Hospital in Delhi Cantonment. During his visit, he engaged with both active soldiers and veterans who are receiving treatment at the facility.
