Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Katiyar Engages with Naval Higher Command Course Attendees at Western Command

Headquarters Western Command recently hosted the 38th Naval Higher Command Course (NHCC), offering attendees a detailed insight into operational dynamics, logistics frameworks, and the Command's essential contributions to national security, including its significant role in Operation SINDOOR. The event highlighted the strategic necessity of inter-service collaboration for the protection of India's defence interests.
Addressing the participants, Lt Gen Manoj Kumar Katiyar, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, Army Commander, Western Command, emphasized the increasing demand for jointness, evolving doctrines, and improved integration among the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. He stressed that future battlefields will require seamless cooperation among the three services to effectively address emerging security challenges and maintain strategic advantage.
