Lt Gen Hitesh Bhalla Assesses Trishul Division's Readiness Along Line of Actual Control

Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, who commands the Fire and Fury Corps, conducted a visit to Headquarters Trishul Division to evaluate the operational readiness and combat preparedness of troops stationed in the challenging high-altitude areas near the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

During his visit, Lt Gen Bhalla received a briefing on the current operational landscape, deployment strategies, and the numerous measures employed by the unit to maintain a high level of readiness in this strategically crucial area.

The briefing encompassed recent operational activities, surveillance tactics, infrastructure development efforts, and initiatives aimed at bolstering the Division's ability to effectively counter emerging security threats in the region.

Lt Gen Bhalla also evaluated the troops' combat preparedness while operating in the rigorous mountainous terrain, and he assessed the strategies in place to ensure continued operational efficiency amidst extreme weather and terrain conditions.
