Lt Gen Dhiraj Seth Assesses Readiness and Innovation at Konark Corps
Lt Gen Dhiraj Seth, the commanding officer of the Southern Command, conducted an inspection of the Konark Corps to assess its operational and administrative readiness. His visit underscores the Army's continued emphasis on maintaining preparedness throughout the western desert regions of India.
During his visit, Lt Gen Seth received detailed briefings on the operational strategies, logistics, and support measures designed for the challenging desert environment. He commended the Desert Corps for its commitment to using indigenous equipment and for its in-house research and development efforts. The Corps' initiatives in drone development and training were particularly praised for enhancing surveillance, precision, and responsiveness within the formation.

Lt Gen Seth expressed admiration for the Corps' technology-driven strategies, especially its swift adoption of unmanned systems and locally developed solutions.
