Lieutenant General Anindya Sengupta, who is the General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Central Command, paid a visit to the under-construction Trishul Raksha Sanghralaya in Moradabad. The visit was aimed at assessing the development of this important project, intended to preserve the rich military heritage of India.

Throughout his visit, the Army Commander observed the project's steady progress and emphasized the Indian Army's ongoing dedication to preserving its institutional memory. He also highlighted the importance of the military's engagement with the public and efforts in conserving heritage.

Lt Gen Sengupta met with Mr. A.K. Singh, IAS, Divisional Commissioner, and Mr. Devyanshu Patel, IAS, Municipal Commissioner, praising their vision and administrative dedication toward developing the Sanghralaya into a world-class facility. He acknowledged the collaborative efforts to ensure the museum accurately reflects the glorious history of India’s Armed Forces and their lasting role in national security.

The Trishul Raksha Sanghralaya is being planned as a vibrant hub of knowledge and inspiration. It will showcase rare war artefacts, vintage weaponry, archival materials, immersive galleries, and interactive war-room experiences. Beyond being a historical repository, the museum aims to serve as a living tribute to bravery, leadership, and patriotism, inspiring citizens, young people, and researchers to engage with the legacy and values of soldiering in India.
