Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar Evaluates Security and Operational Readiness in Nagaland and Assam, Praises Assam Rifles for Excellence

Lieutenant General Abhijit S Pendharkar, the General Officer Commanding of Spear Corps, recently paid a visit to the Headquarters of the Inspector General Assam Rifles (North) in Kohima. The purpose of his visit was to thoroughly evaluate the current security landscape and examine the operational readiness in the area.

During this visit, the Corps Commander engaged with troops stationed at the Sector Headquarters of Assam Rifles in Lekhapani, Assam. He praised the personnel for their high level of professionalism and acknowledged the significant measures they have implemented to boost combat preparedness.
