Khammam Soldier Banoth Anil Kumar Killed in Kashmir Accident
In a tragic incident on Monday morning, 30-year-old Sepoy Banoth Anil Kumar from Khammam district died in an accident while on patrol duty in the Kashmir valley. Kumar, who was part of the 23rd Maratha Light Infantry, was traveling in an Army vehicle at the time of the accident.
Kumar's remains are expected to be flown to Vijayawada International Airport on Tuesday. From there, they will be transported to his home village, Surya Thanda, located in Perupalli gram panchayat, Singareni mandal, where a military funeral will be conducted.
The news of Kumar's passing has brought a wave of sorrow over his village, with many residents gathering to grieve. Wyra BRS leader Lakavath Giribabu visited the family to extend condolences during this difficult time.
