Jayshree Periwal High School Clinches Victory at Indian Navy's THINQ-25 National Quiz Grand Finale
The Grand Finale of THINQ-25, the premier national quiz competition organized by the Indian Navy, concluded with great energy and participation at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala on November 5, 2025. Admiral Dinesh K. Tripathi, Chief of the Naval Staff, was present as the Chief Guest for the event.
This year's competition, themed "MAHASAGAR," highlighted India's maritime heritage and the Navy's dedication to fostering curiosity, knowledge, and innovation among young people in the country. From thousands of schools nationwide, 16 teams from the North, South, East, and West zones made it to the semi-finals, with eight advancing to the esteemed Grand Finale.

The final stage was marked by a fierce display of intellect and teamwork among leading schools such as Jayshree Periwal High School (Jaipur), Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (Kannur), Subodh Public School (Jaipur), Shiksha Niketan (Jamshedpur), Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School (Chennai), Cambridge Court High School (Jaipur), Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre (Kanpur), and PM Shri JNV (Samastipur).
Jayshree Periwal High School from Jaipur claimed victory as the Champions, while PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya from Samastipur earned the Runners-Up spot, receiving widespread recognition for their impressive performance.

In his address, Admiral Tripathi praised the participants for their enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, and understanding of India's maritime history. He encouraged the students to continue pursuing new ideas and innovations, emphasizing the Navy's broader goal of promoting intellectual development and maritime awareness among future generations.
The Grand Finale was broadcast live on the Indian Navy’s official YouTube and Facebook channels, attracting significant engagement and viewership from schools, naval establishments, and maritime enthusiasts nationwide.
With the conclusion of THINQ-25, the Indian Navy reiterated its dedication to involving the nation's youth in the pursuit of knowledge and exploration. It also announced plans for the next edition, THINQ-26, promising a more expansive and inspiring platform for students to showcase their understanding, teamwork, and passion for maritime subjects.
