Indian Navy Hosts Passing Out Parade for 107th Officer Training Course in Kochi
A significant event unfolded at the Naval Base in Kochi as the Indian Navy celebrated the Course Completion Divisions with the Passing Out Parade of 53 officer trainees from the 107th Integrated Officer Training Course on April 11, 2026.
Commodore Pramod G Thomas, who serves as the Commodore (Training) at the Headquarters Southern Naval Command, reviewed the parade.

These officer trainees participated in an extensive 39-week training programme offered by 14 professional schools within the Indian Navy. The course blended academic instruction with practical training, incorporating state-of-the-art simulators, emulators, and contemporary training models.
The programme is crafted to develop essential naval skills, leadership abilities, and operational expertise necessary for the officers' future responsibilities at sea.

As these officers embark on their respective sea appointments, they carry the principles of professionalism, discipline, ethics, and commitment that characterize the Indian Navy.
