Indian Army's Nurnag Battalion Swiftly Rescues Civilians Following Uttarakhand Road Accident
A recent incident on the Pithoragarh–Banbasa route in Uttarakhand showcased a touching example of bravery and compassion by the Nurnag Battalion's troops from the Saidpur Brigade. Official reports indicate that the accident occurred when a civilian vehicle lost control on the challenging hilly roads. Soldiers stationed at a nearby Army post, under the leadership of their Commanding Officer, hurried to the scene without hesitation.
Demonstrating remarkable calmness and preparedness, the soldiers administered first aid on-site and quickly transported four injured civilians, including two children, to the closest hospital for additional medical treatment.
