India will be represented by Chief of Integrated Defence Staff Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit at the 2025 Annual Chiefs of Defence Conference. This gathering will take place in Thailand from August 26 to 28.

The event, co-organized by the United States Indo-Pacific Command and the Royal Thai Armed Forces, will serve as a platform for Defence Chiefs from the Indo-Pacific region to discuss current security challenges and enhance military cooperation.

The Ministry of Defence has highlighted that this year's conference will concentrate on key issues such as maritime security, counter-terrorism, cyber resilience, humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and the promotion of a stable Indo-Pacific region.

Throughout the conference, Air Marshal Dixit is anticipated to hold discussions with counterparts from various countries, aiming to improve joint readiness, interoperability, and strategic alliances to tackle shared security issues.

The Ministry further emphasized that the conference reflects India's dedication to regional security frameworks, multilateral collaboration, and upholding a rules-based and inclusive Indo-Pacific.
