IAF Training Command Commemorates Vijay Diwas 2025 to Honor 1971 Indo-Pak War Heroes

The Headquarters Training Command of the Indian Air Force marked Vijay Diwas on December 16, 2025, reflecting on India's significant triumph in the 1971 Indo-Pakistani conflict. A ceremonial wreath-laying took place at the Training Command War Memorial to honor the brave members of the Indian Armed Forces, whose ultimate sacrifices played a crucial role in preserving India's sovereignty and facilitating the emergence of Bangladesh.

The ceremony saw the participation of Air Marshal Tejinder Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Training Command, along with officers from the Indian Army and Navy, as well as senior officials from the Training Command. Veterans from all three branches of the military were also in attendance, joining in to honor the fallen heroes.

This event not only commemorated the valor and commitment of India's military forces but also served as an enduring source of inspiration, highlighting the nation's strength and solidarity in overcoming challenges.
