HDMC Officers Gain Insight into Operational Strategies During Ranbankura Division Visit
The Ranbankura Division, under the Chetak Corps, recently organized an Operational Orientation Visit for officers participating in the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC). This visit was designed to provide the officers with direct exposure to field-level strategies, planning, and the execution of operations within active military formations.

During the orientation, officers received detailed briefings on the operational readiness of the Division. These briefings covered the Division's deployment strategies, battle preparedness, and how new technologies are being integrated into its operational plans. The officers were also informed about the current training initiatives aimed at boosting operational effectiveness, enhancing coordination, and improving interoperability between different military arms and services.

This interaction offered the HDMC officers an in-depth understanding of the challenging terrain, threat scenarios, and the tactical factors that influence operational decision-making in forward areas. The visit played a crucial role in broadening their professional insight as prospective military leaders, emphasizing the need for joint operations, adaptability, and mission-oriented planning in contemporary warfare.
