Havildar Jasbir Singh Named Top Student at Junior Leaders Academy Leadership Course in Bareilly
The Leadership & Management Course at the Junior Leaders Academy Bareilly concluded successfully on May 20, 2026. Junior Leaders from the Indian Armed Forces completed the esteemed six-week program.

Brigadier Gaurav Kapoor, the Commandant of the academy, addressed the graduates, underscoring the significant role that Junior Leaders play in maintaining military values, discipline, and ensuring top-notch training and operational readiness.

He stressed the necessity of professional excellence, strong leadership, and readiness to face the challenges posed by future battlefields and the evolving nature of warfare.

Havildar Jasbir Singh from the Jammu and Kashmir Rifles (JAK RIF) was named the Overall Best Student of the course.
The course highlighted the ongoing efforts of the Indian Armed Forces to enhance leadership abilities, professional skills, and combat preparedness among Junior Leaders across the services.
