General Upendra Dwivedi Evaluates Ladakh Scouts' Training and Operational Readiness
General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), conducted a visit to the Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre to assess its training framework, operational strengths, and regimental advancements.
