General Dhiraj Seth Assesses Security and Preparedness Along LoC in Key Sectors

Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth conducted a visit to the forward areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in the sectors of Poonch, Rajouri, and Sunderbani to assess the current security situation and operational readiness of the White Knight Corps.

During his visit, General Seth received a briefing on the changing security dynamics, the positioning of operational deployments, and the surveillance architecture. He also reviewed the field innovations and the integrated operational readiness of the formation. Additionally, he assessed the efficacy of the counter-insurgency grid and the measures implemented to enhance operational capabilities along the LoC.

The Army Chief also inspected the progress of infrastructure development in these forward areas, acknowledging the efforts of the White Knight Corps in empowering local communities. Through initiatives focused on improving connectivity, development, and engagement, these efforts aim to strengthen India's first villages.
