Diwali Celebrations: DG CISF Praveer Ranjan Honors Duty and Dedication at Delhi and Leh Units
During the festive period of Diwali, personnel from the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) remained actively engaged in their duties across India, ensuring the protection of essential national infrastructures and facilitating the smooth functioning of critical facilities.
Shri Praveer Ranjan, the Director General of CISF, made visits to several important duty locations in New Delhi, including the airport, metro stations, the Parliament, and Vigyan Bhawan, to partake in the Diwali celebrations with the CISF staff. He distributed sweets and shared in the festivities, expressing his appreciation for their steadfast dedication and relentless service to the country, even during times of celebration.

In a symbolic act highlighting the CISF's unwavering commitment, Shri Praveer Ranjan also spent Diwali with the personnel of the remote Airport Security Group (ASG) unit stationed in Leh. Despite facing harsh weather and freezing temperatures, he praised their resilience, discipline, and dedication, which ensure the security of the nation's vital air infrastructure year-round.

Conveying his heartfelt wishes, Shri Praveer Ranjan offered warm Diwali greetings to all CISF personnel and their families. He commended them as the true guardians of the nation, who maintain the flame of duty and dedication in all situations.
