Delhi Airport Conducts Comprehensive Counter-Terror Mock Exercise to Strengthen Security Measures
A successful high-intensity joint counter-terrorism mock exercise took place at Indira Gandhi International Airport, aimed at assessing preparedness and improving coordination among various security and emergency response agencies.

The event saw active participation from key entities such as the Central Industrial Security Force (QRT, BDDS, Dog Squad), Delhi Police, National Security Guard (NSG), Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Delhi Fire Service, as well as the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) teams of Delhi International Airport Limited and medical services.

The exercise featured a complex terror scenario designed to test the real-time response capabilities, inter-agency communication, and crisis management strategies. Participants showcased flawless coordination, rapid tactical response, and effective handling of emergency situations.

Officials emphasized the importance of such exercises in addressing evolving security threats and ensuring the highest levels of aviation safety.
