Combat Leadership Training Begins for Indian Army NCOs at Dhana Academy

The 67th Combat Leadership Course (CLC-67) began today at the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Academy in Dhana.

For the next six weeks, NCOs from the Combat and Combat Support Arms of the Indian Army will engage in rigorous training designed to enhance both their cognitive and technical abilities. This course is focused on improving leadership skills such as decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to operations, especially in light of rapidly changing battlefields influenced by emerging disruptive technologies.

Under the guiding principle “युद्ध नेतृत्व कौशल वहाम्यहम्” (We carry forward the skills of combat leadership), the training seeks to equip participants to lead troops effectively in rapidly changing operational scenarios.

The CLC serves as a fundamental component in the Army's strategy to endow NCOs with superior leadership capabilities, ensuring they remain crucial to achieving mission success and maintaining operational efficiency.
