COAS General Upendra Dwivedi and Ladakh LG Discuss Enhancing Civil-Military Cooperation
General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of the Army Staff, met with Ladakh's Lieutenant Governor, Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, at Lok Niwas in Leh to discuss significant matters concerning security, governance, and regional development.
The discussions aimed at reinforcing civil-military cooperation and improving coordination between the Union Territory administration and the Armed Forces to address Ladakh's unique strategic and developmental needs.

One significant topic of discussion involved the re-employment of Agniveers within the Ladakh administration after their military service.
