CHM Sukhdev Singh Excels as Top Graduate of Leadership & Management Course at Junior Leaders Academy, Bareilly
The Junior Leaders Academy (JLA) in Bareilly concluded its Leadership & Management Course on December 10, 2025. This program successfully trained Junior Leaders from the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Assam Rifles, and 18 participants from fellow foreign nations.
Spanning six weeks, the course was designed to enhance leadership, management, and decision-making skills essential for Junior Leaders in contemporary operational settings. It integrated theoretical education with practical leadership exercises, aiming to develop confidence, discipline, and operational insight.
In his closing remarks, the Commandant of JLA highlighted the significant role that Junior Leaders play in maintaining the ethos of the Indian Army. He stressed their duty to uphold the highest standards of discipline and training, which are crucial for developing a capable and future-ready force.
