Captain Sanjeev Agnihotri Assumes Leadership of Naval Air Enclave Porbandar
Captain Sanjeev Agnihotri has officially taken on the role of Officer-in-Charge at the Naval Air Enclave Porbandar. This transition occurred during a ceremonial parade at the enclave on May 18, 2026.
He succeeded Captain Vivek Prasad in this leadership position.

Capt Sanjeev Agnihotri, who joined the Indian Navy on January 1, 2003, is a distinguished helicopter pilot and Qualified Flying Instructor.

Before his current appointment at Naval Air Enclave Porbandar, he served as Capt (IFR) for IFR-2026 at the Eastern Naval Command.

The change of command ceremony underscored the Indian Navy’s focus on maintaining operational excellence, ensuring smooth leadership transitions, and enhancing naval aviation strength along the western seaboard.
