Captain Sandeep Singh Rawat Honored as Top Performer in MCTE's Junior Officer Cipher Course
The Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) in Mhow recently concluded its Junior Officer Cipher Course on February 28, 2026. This program provided officers with essential skills in secure communications, encryption, and cyber defense.

The course aimed to deepen the participants' understanding of military-grade encryption systems, the protection of communication networks, and the ability to counteract evolving cyber threats. Through a combination of theoretical lessons and practical exercises, the officers enhanced their capability to protect sensitive military information systems.

In the closing ceremony, Major General Gautam Mahajan, SM, who serves as the Deputy Commandant and Chief Instructor at MCTE, addressed the participants and recognized the top performers. He emphasized the critical role that secure communication frameworks play in maintaining operational advantage on modern battlefields.
