Captain Dharam Raj Narware Leads Special List Officers Law Course at Indian Army's Institute of Military Law

The Special List Officers Law Course at the Institute of Military Law concluded successfully on May 5, 2026, marking the end of a four-week intensive legal training program for the Indian Army's Record Officers.

The closing ceremony was presided over by Lieutenant General Rajeev Puri, AVSM, VSM, Director General of Manpower Planning & Personnel Services, who congratulated the officers on their achievements.

Captain Dharam Raj Narware from BEG Records in Roorkee achieved the highest merit in the course and was honored with the renowned GOC-in-C, ARTRAC Running Trophy for his exemplary performance.
