Air Marshal S. Shrinivas Assesses Training Command and Readiness at Hakimpet Air Force Station

Air Marshal S Shrinivas, who serves as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Training Command, made an official visit to Air Force Station Hakimpet from April 24 to April 25, 2026.

Upon his arrival, he was welcomed by the Air Officer Commanding and received a ceremonial Guard of Honour. He was joined by Mrs. Sunita Shrinivas, who is the President of the Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Regional).

During his visit, Air Marshal Shrinivas conducted a detailed review of several key areas, including flying training activities, maintenance operations, and administrative functions.

He also inspected crucial infrastructure and facilities to assess the station's capability in maintaining high training standards, supporting operational readiness, and delivering effective pilot training.

The Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief stressed the significance of maintaining high-quality training standards, ensuring efficient maintenance practices, and enhancing overall operational preparedness.

This visit highlights the Indian Air Force’s dedication to developing skilled aircrew and ensuring that its forces remain ready for missions.
