Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit Assesses Indian Armed Forces' Readiness in Eastern Sector

Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit, who serves as the Chief of Integrated Defence Staff at Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, is on a three-day tour of the Eastern Sector to evaluate the operational readiness of the Indian Armed Forces.
Starting on September 6, the visit includes a comprehensive assessment of the combat readiness and support infrastructure for the frontline fighter fleet. Air Marshal Dixit took part in a sortie in a Rafale trainer aircraft at the Air Force Station in Hashimara to gain firsthand knowledge of the aircraft's operational capabilities.

During his visit, he interacted with the personnel at the base and inspected the sophisticated facilities developed for the Rafale fleet, which include an advanced simulator complex. This inspection follows Operation Sindoor, highlighting the ongoing focus on maintaining high levels of preparedness and synergy to protect the nation's airspace.
